So, to finally be able to share this new product with you is comforting.

I designed the “You Deserve Rest” poster for the wall above my desk to make every upward glance an invitation (to myself) to resist grinding myself into a state of physical and emotional exhaustion.

Instead, I wanted to move at the speed of a deep inhale and slow exhale; move with the intentionality of a soft-spoken prayer.

I extend this invitation to you! You don’t need permission to rest. You deserve it.
